Active membership in the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
Possession of all necessary accreditations to practice clinical social work in Quebec.
Knowledge of professional protocols, standards, and ethical guidelines in psychosocial intervention.
Ability to conduct individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions.
Mastery of recognized therapeutic approaches: CBT, humanistic, systemic, integrative, mindfulness, relaxation.
Skilled in assessing psychosocial needs and monitoring interventions.
Experience working with diverse client populations: children, adolescents, adults, families, couples.
Experience managing complex cases: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, behavioral disorders, trauma, family conflict, burnout.
Ability to document client files and interventions meticulously.
Capacity to plan, organize, and prioritize follow-ups according to client needs.
Comfortable using digital tools and software for appointment scheduling and file management.
Empathy, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and families.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team with psychologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals.
Excellent oral and written communication, including reporting and follow-ups.
